Dr. Najaf Lakzaei, president of Islamic Sciences and Culture Academy congratulated the new year to ISCA's staff and all Iranians and presented a report from the most important activities and accomplishments of the academy in the solar year 1398. The following is a full text of message issued by Dr. Najaf Lakzaei:

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
O’ Conqueror of hearts and sights
 O’ Planner of night and day
 O’ Transformer of power and conditions
 Transform our condition to the best of conditions! 

Now the year 1398 has ended with all its ups and downs, bitterness, suffering and epics, and now the dawn of spring and its coincidence with the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Musa Kazim (AS), which is combined with the beginning of months of worship, can undoubtedly be a reason for strengthening our religious and Islamic knowledge for us as Iranians and promises a spring full of spirituality.
First, I commemorate the names of all martyrs, especially Shahid Haj Qassim Soleimani, and wish mercy and forgiveness to all those who died of the evil corona virus and wish good health to all patients, and then I congratulate the arrival of the ancient Norooz and the beginning of the New Year to you honorable colleagues and your hardworking and honorable families sincerely, I wish Almighty Allah grant all of you achievement of the highest scientific, religious and ethical degrees, along with success, prosperity, and happiness on this new year.

Islamic Sciences and Culture Academy, relying on your potentials, efforts and the capacities of you dear colleagues, has achieved remarkable achievements in the scientific, research and technological path in the last year, some of which I will mention:
1.    The academy being chosen as the selected research center at the 20th Conference of Islamic Seminary Year Book.
2.    One work being selected as qualified for appreciation, three selected works as qualified for appreciation at Islamic Seminary Year Book Festival, two selected works as qualified for appreciation in Iranian Year Book Festival, one selected work at Iranian University Student Year Book Festival, and Publications of the academy chosen as the selected publisher at Islamic Seminary Year Book Festival and having obtained the third rank of publishing the scientific journals among institutes of Iran in the report card of CIVILICA. 
3.    Holding over 124 promotional, theoretical, critical and debate sessions.
4.    Holding two national conferences, three international conferences, four meetings and unveiling ceremonies, and participating in 16 various exhibitions in the provincial and national level and one international exhibition.
5.    Holding the fifth Exhibition for research and technological achievements of Research Deputyship of Islamic Propagation Office of Qom Seminary and the first exhibition of Qur'anic achievements of Islamic Propagation Office of Qom Seminary.
6.    Boosting interactions with the national and international research institute through conclusion of ten MoUs. 
7.    Having cooperation with the intellectual and cultural centers of Islamic Propagation Office of Qom Seminary with 372 ongoing projects, 66 completed projects, 51 projects under publication and 43 published projects.
8.    Publishing more than 106 scientific-research papers of ISCA's faculty members, 80 book titles in 105 volumes as well as 1250 ready-to-publish digital works, with over 1,000 published and the rest being published.

We hope to be more successful in fulfilling the programs of the year 1399 and goals of the academy, with the help of almighty God and our educated colleagues,.

In the end, I find it necessary to wish divine prosperity for all lovers of science and research, especially my colleagues at Islamic Propagation Office of Qom Seminary and I thank the honorable head of Islamic propagation Office of Qom Seminary, Dr. Ahmad Wa'ezi and his dear deputies and those who have been in charge of supporting the academy's programs as well as my deputies, managers and colleagues in ISCA.
